There is a fourteen(14) day return policy for most items from the day of delivery. All return requests are subject to approval Please see the types of products below that are excluded from this return policy. 

Items excluded from the return policy are items under the categories grocery, any opened/tested health & beauty products, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and face masks. This is due to the nature of the product and hygiene protection. This helps ensure that you as the customer will receive the highest quality assurance that can be provided. 

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from your refund.
