Starting a Return

Return requests are so much easier now! Please see below:
To submit a return request:
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click on Claims/Returns at the bottom of any page.
- Login to your account/create a new account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue,
- In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email,
- Go back to the online store, and enter the verification code copied from the email.
- Click on the order you want to start a return for,
- If your order has more than one item, please select the items(s) you want to submit a return request for,
- Select a return reason and add any notes/comments for us to help us process your request,
- Click Request return
Please allow 1-3 business days to process a return. Most returns are processed within 1 business day.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product has been returned to our returns department and has been processed, you will be notified with an update on the status of your refund.
