Orders will have a handling time of 1-10 business days (excluding Federal Holidays, Uncontrollable/Natural force majeure events.) Handling time varies based on the location of the item(s) purchased. During the ordering process before checkout, you will see an estimated delivery time based on the shipping option chosen. This will help you determine how long before your order is to arrive. Your order may be shipped in multiple shipments due to the location of your items at the time of order.
Please be aware that custom-made orders will take longer for shipping and handling due to the uniqueness of order. The item is only made and created when you order. The times for shipping and handling will be displayed with the items that are custom products.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at luxuryonadimellc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You may also open a chat with us via our website and provide your name and order number.
