Bulldog Graphic Crew Neck Knit Sweater Varsity Stripe Top Long Sleeve Dog Pullover

Bulldog Graphic Crew Neck Knit Sweater Varsity Stripe Top Long Sleeve Dog Pullover

That big bulldog is hard not to love. He sits front and center with a chunky stance, wrinkled face and that slightly grumpy expression bulldogs are known for. The drawing is worked right into the knit, so the graphic feels like part of the sweater instead of something placed on top. Stripes around the crew neck give it an old-school preppy varsity look, and there is enough twee humor in that bulldog face to keep it fun. The dropped sleeves and roomy body make the shape casual and relaxed. More stripes run around the cuffs and bottom hem, giving the sweater the finish of a vintage collegiate pullover. There is some Americana in that classic school-sweater styling, along with the straightforward everyday appeal of normcore. The oversized cartoon-like dog also slips a little kidcore into the mix. It is cute in a very specific bulldog way, right down to the broad paws and heavy little jowls. Dog people will get it immediately.
