These boots have serious late-'90s/Y2K attitude, with a pointed toe sitting over a thick platform and a narrow geometric heel that kicks outward at the base. The ankle shaft is tall and fitted, with two buckle straps and a long exposed zipper breaking up the smooth faux leather. Retrofuturism is especially strong in the exaggerated proportions. Cyber goth comes through in the sharp shape and silver-tone hardware. There is something almost space age about the sculpted profile, especially when you see the platform and heel from the side. The buckles bring a funky festival streak, and the extra height and hardware have just enough McBling excess to suit the era. Every part of the design feels intentional, from the long zipper pull to the angular heel, making these a genuinely unusual pair of statement boots.
