This is due to the nature of the product and hygiene protection. This helps ensure that you as the customer will receive the highest quality assurance that can be provided.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from your refund.
